Dairy Division, Old School Cheeseery produces, markets and distributes in Alberta a variety of cheeses, including various flavoured cheddar; specialty cheeses like our Bourdon (Alpine hard cheese cover in honey), La riviere Vermilion (Bleu cheese); fine cheeses, such as Bébé Lune (Brie), Eclipse (Vegetable ash covered brie) and of course our very popular cheese curd.
New to Old School Cheesery is our beverage division. Using our whey from cheese making Old School Cheesery is launching a Vodka. The Vodka is called ''Milky Whey Vodka''.
