Applewood Smoked Cheddar

Old School Cheesery smokes their cheddar for 5 hours using applewood chips. As soon as you open the package, a gentle smoked scent brings you back to camping and the outdoors. From Vermilion, Alberta, this locally made cheese is sure to be the talk of your event.

A nice New England Style Pale Ale, such as Keepers Point from Ribstone Creek Brewery, would compliment this cheese well.
