Family owned and operated the cheesery is a proud member of the Vermilion community.
He is the owner and operator of the Old School Cheesery.
He served 25 years in the military and after his retirement in 2015, he decided to make his dream of owning his own business come true.
She works alongside her father operating and managing the business.
She's a Lakeland College Alumni a graduate in the Animal Health Technology and the Animal Science Technology programs.
After recently traveling to Australia for three months, she is ready to manage our cheese plant and remain a main asset in the cheesery.
