After years of planning and major renovations, the Dupuis family opened the cheesery in September of 2016.
Family owned and operated the cheesery is a proud member of the Vermilion

He is the owner and operator of the Old School Cheesery.
He served 25 years in the military and after his retirement in 2015, he decided to make his dream of owning his own business come true.

Valerie Roberts
She works alongside her father operating and managing the business.
She's a Lakeland College Alumni having graduated from both the Animal Health Technology and Animal Science Technology programs.
After traveling to Australia for three months, she joined our team ready to manage our cheese plant and remain a main asset in the cheesery.
